This is Peaceful Pines nestled in the mountains of Southerna California a short path to the Lake Arrowhead. Nature at its finest with lots of hiking trails, water fun with boating and fishing and Sky park nearby with biking, Zip lining and all kinds of other fun stuff to do. Our very cool plantation home in Princeville Kauai known as LIHOLIHO within walking distance to the Princeville beach and spectacular views of the Napali Coastline Mountains with lots of rainbows and sunshine, just minutes from shopping and dining. Hanalei bay is a must see and do and you can wander around the smal town of Hanalei. This is our latest fun purchase where Karen grew up in Western New York. Its a little ranch style home with a basement that fronts the Erie Canal and sits on an acre of land in a small town outside of Buffalo called Pendelton. We call it Mayberry RFD. It has biking, kayaking the canal and a 15 minute ride to Niagra falls with the Canadien border close by and Toronto not far away. One of our three very cool and nicely furnished Condos in Palm Desert on the golf course with lots of pickleball and tennis courts, bike riding and lots of swimming. Its what we call Fun in the sun! so if you like the sun you will love our desert condos. This picture doesnt do it justice but its a really nice condo in Princeville Kauai called Alli Kai II with a pool and jacuzzi and real close to golf and beaches and hiking trails. its a large 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo with all the necessities of home minutes from shopping and restaurants and a short ride to Hanalei. And lastly this is our home in a small beach town on the California coast called San Clemente that has a really cool guest house we call The Love Shack for our favorite friends and family. So if you are ever in the neighborhood and want to just chill for the weekend or just stop by and say hi just let us know.
